This fermented chilli sauce has been ramped up using delicious, fruity Scotch Bonnet chillies to give more fire. The perfect everyday sauce and my firm favourite kitchen cupboard staple.
I use this sauce with pratically everything. Whether it be in Mexican style wraps, as a spicy mayo for kebabs, as a dipper for nuggets or even to add some extra heat to a tasty bean burger. It really is an all rounder. You can also try a 1:1 mix with melted butter before dousing some baked chicken wings or cauliflower bites before serving with a blue cheese sauce!
