Amarillo & Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce

This amarillo & scotch bonnet hot sauce is our limited edition 8th anniversary hot sauce. Amarillo chillies are mild, well-rounded and fruity and form the base for this sauce.

We’ve used a barrel-aged beer vinegar from wild beer co to add a delicate depth followed by a fruity little kick from the scotch bonnet chillies.

This sauce shines with beef tacos!
