Spice Up Chicken | Vegan Spice Mix

Molly was in her 70s and had invited me, the new member, for a meal. While i was there, she took the packaging off a whole chicken in preparation for making me the famous british roast with two veg. She placed the chicken on a roasting pan and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Imagine my horror as an african-raised girl who never cooked anything without adding at least salt and two other spices.

So, molly inspired me to develop an all-in-one spice up chicken rub with garlic, that so loves chicken.
