Pale Ale & Juniper Mustard

A pale ale from left handed giant gives our mustard its initial fiery kick. The addition of juniper, contributed by our collaborators the pickled brisket, leaves a botanic taste on the pallet. This mustard is designed for salt beef sandwiches but also works a treat with meat of any kind.
